Stacey pulliam, RDN, CNE

Stacey is a Dietitian with 20+ years of experience working with diverse populations. She believes that good nutrition and a balanced life are essential to well-being.

She enjoys working with all patients looking to improve health. Her areas of interest are: improving digestive health, digestive disorders such as SIBO, IBD, weight management, sports nutrition and patients wanting to incorporate a more plant-forward eating pattern.

In 2020, she received her Certification as a Culinary Nutrition Expert. This has allowed her to connect practical, everyday cooking skills with a deeper exploration into the therapeutic properties of foods we eat and how we prepare them.

She studied Dietetics at the College at Oneonta in Oneonta, New York and she completed her clinical training at United Health Services Hospitals in Johnson City, New York.

When she is not reading the latest nutrition blogs, she is spending time with her family and her dog, Jack. She loves the outdoors, traveling and supporting small businesses.

Stacey sees patients in person and in our West End office and via telehealth appointment. She hopes to expand Specialty Nutrition’s offerings to include support groups, cooking classes and grocery tours!
